Amanda Gretchen Wambar, 7, was taken by her mother Sunday night after social services removed the child from her mother's home due to drug abuse. The child was last seen at her aunt's house on the 6800 block of Penrod. Police believe that Amanda, an African-American female with brown hair and eyes, may be in extreme danger.
The suspect is Laquanda Monique Barnes-Wambar, 39, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be traveling in a purple cab.
