Amber Alert Canceled For 11-Month Old Virginia Boy

An Amber Alert issued for 11-month old Charles Forrest Dillon of Harrisonburg, Virgina has been canceled. The boy's mother, who does not have custody, returned the child to Child Protective Services through her attorney.
