AMBER ALERT: 2-YEAR OLD ST. JOSEPH, MI. GIRL

The St. Joseph Police Department is investigating an incident of an endangered missing child, Chloe West, who was taken from her residence in the city of St. Joseph, Michigan. Chloe West was taken by her mother, Lisa West. Lisa West had her parental rights terminated. Chloe West is believed to be in extreme danger. Lisa West is believed to have left a city residence on foot.
