Amber Aert Cancelled For 11-Year Old Utah Girl

The Amber Alert issued for 11-year old Aliyah Kay Crowder has been cancelled. After three hours of negotiating with the County Sheriff, the non-custodial mother released the child to authorities. The mother was not arrested.
