AMBER ALERT: 11-YEAROLD WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH CHILD

11-year old Aliyah Kay Crowder was abducted at about 12:00pm today from her school. The suspects are the child's non-custodial mother and the child's stepfather. This is the second time the mother has abducted the child. During the first abduction, the child went missing for 8 months and was eventually located in Kildeer, North Dakota.
