Amber Alert Cancelled for 14-Year Old Georgia Girl

The Amber Alert issued for 14-year old Griselda Cibrian of Georgia has been cancelled. The 14-year old was found safe. It was discovered that she left willingly with 24-year old Raymundo Aranda-Parra, who has been charged with statutory rape.
