The Amber Alert has been canceled for 12-year old Jonathan Foster. The burnt remains of a child were identified as Jonathan's. Authorities have charged Mona Yvette Nelson, 44. with capital murder. They also are investigating her in connection with other unsolved child murders in the area. They suspect she may be a child serial killer.
