An East Tennessee AMBER Alert has been issued for the Chattanooga Police Department for 15 year-old Monica Johnson. Monica was last seen on May 11, 2011. She is believed to be with her non-custodial father, Thomas Whitt Johnson. Thomas Johnson is a violent sex offender currently on parole. Johnson cut off his GPS tracking device and has fled the area in a stolen vehicle. He will be driving the listed vehicle.
