AMBER ALERT: 2-YEAR OLD CHIPLEY, FLORIDA BOY

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year old Chipley, Florida boy. Waylan Snipes is white with brown hair and hazel eyes, weighs 23 pounds and was wearing gray pajama pants with fire trucks, white socks and a diaper.

The suspect is 36-year-old William Snipes. He was last seen driving a a tan, single cab 1996 Chevy S10 with Alabama plate 26A55B8, a red-white-and-blue army sticker on the back and damage in front of the driver's side rear tire. He is described as a 6' 4" tall white male with blue eyes.
