The Amber Alert issued for 14-year old Ruby Zavala of Mt. Pleasant, Texas has been cancelled. The girl has been found safe and the suspect has been booked into jail. The teen did suffer some minor injuries and dehydration.
The teen and the 23-year old suspect had dated secretly in the past but the girl's mother made her break it off when she found out about the dating. At that point, the suspect, Jesus Ramirez became obsessed with the girl. He kidnapped her, her mother and her 3-year old sister at knife point. He later released the mother and sister.
